Location: Shove Memorial Chapel
Colorado College honors outstanding students and faculty during its annual academics Honors Convocation. Honors Convocation includes department awards, all-college awards, and awards from the CC Student Government Association (CCSGA). Open to all. A live stream of the ceremony will also be available online.

Friday, May 17
11 a.m. Commencement Rehearsal (mandatory) with 10:45 a.m. line up at the quad between South Hall and Shove Memorial Chapel
Location: Ed Robson Arena
All graduates are required to attend rehearsal to walk in Sunday's ceremony. The lineup for rehearsal will be the same as at Commencement.
1-4 p.m. Individual and/or Group Cap and Gown Photos
Location: Chapman Room, Ed Robson Arena
3 p.m. Phi Beta Kappa Induction Ceremony (by invitation only)
Location: Richard F. Celeste Theatre with reception to follow in main space, Cornerstone Arts Center
Saturday, May 18
10-11 a.m. CC Family Circles Brunch
Location: To be announced
This brunch is by invitation; details will be communicated directly via email to invited graduates and their guests.
2–3 p.m. Senior Class Photo
Location: Palmer Hall steps
A cap and gown are required for the photo. The lineup for baccalaureate senior will be in on the path in front of Palmer Hall immediately following the photo.
3–4 p.m. Baccalaureate Ceremony
Location: Shove Memorial Chapel
A baccalaureate is a centuries-old graduation tradition. This ceremony provides a quiet, intimate opportunity to reflect on the rite of passage of graduation, hear from a faculty member, and enjoy a variety of student talents (readings, music, etc.). Students and their invited guests may attend in-person (two guests per student). A live stream of the ceremony will also be available online. Cap and gown are required.
Sunday, May 19
7:15 a.m. Graduates Assemble
Location: Quad between South Hall and Shove Memorial Chapel
8:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. Class of 2024 Commencement Ceremony
Location: Ed Robson Arena
The Commencement ceremony will take place in CC's Ed Robson Arena. A designated number of tickets (est. five seated tickets and two standing room only tickets) will be available for each graduate. Details will be emailed to graduates on how to claim these free tickets through the Ticketmaster system beginning early-May. A live stream of the ceremony will also be available online.
11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Reception
Location: Tava Quad
Everyone is invited to gather and celebrate outside on Tava Quad following the Commencement ceremony.
Monday, May 20
12:00 noon - Final checkout from campus housing for seniors
Tickets
Each graduate is allocated a maximum of five seated and two standing room only guest tickets for Commencement at no cost. Students will be able to claim these free guest tickets through Ticketmaster at the beginning of May, with specific instructions to come. After claiming tickets, graduates must transfer those tickets to their guests via TicketMaster.
Livestream
Honors Convocation, Baccalaureate, and Commencement will all be livestreamed for those who cannot attend in person at ates.dontbinitsellit.com/live.

Important Ed Robson Arena Policies
Robson Arena is a CLEAR BAG POLICY venue - For the enjoyment of all guests, Ed Robson Arena has a clear bag policy that will be enforced during Commencement weekend. Only clear bags and small clutch-sized purses will be allowed at entry. For more details on this policy, click here. Clear bags can be purchased at the Tiger Store just south of the main arena entrance.
Can I bring an empty refillable bottle into Ed Robson Arena? No empty bottles, cans, or containers of ANY kind will be permitted into Ed Robson Arena. Patrons who attempt to bring in an empty water bottle will be asked to throw it away or return it to their vehicles.
No Smoking - Colorado College is a smoke-free campus. Smoking is not permitted on campus or in any campus buildings.
No Weapons - The college forbids weapons of any kind to be brought onto campus, to include Robson Arena and parking garage, including but not limited to firearms, ammunition, pellet guns, air guns, paintball guns, stun guns, tasers, smoke devices, bows/arrows, swords, large knives, explosives, and fireworks.
Parking
Where can I park on campus? Commencement attendees may park anywhere on campus (no fees or permits apply), except the first floor of the Ed Robson Arena parking garage on East Dale Street. The first level of the Ed Robson Arena parking garage is reserved for guests with limited mobility who require parking close to the venue. Accessible parking is available on all levels of the Robson Arena parking garage and in other parking lots on campus as well.Golf carts will be available from other parking areas across campus to transport guests to Ed Robson Arena.
Tickets
What if we need more than seven tickets? Students needing additional tickets may request extra tickets from fellow-graduates who are not using their full allotment of tickets and coordinate directly with them for transfer via TicketMaster. Livestream Options
Can I watch online? Honors Convocation, Baccalaureate, and Commencement ceremonies will be livestreamed for those who cannot attend in person at ates.dontbinitsellit.com/live.

Other
When should I arrive for the Commencement ceremony? Doors to Ed Robson Arena will open at 7:15 a.m. Plan to arrive close to that time to give yourself time to park, enter the arena, and be seated before the event begins at 8:30 a.m.
How long is the Commencement ceremony? Commencement begins prompty at 8:30 a.m. and will conclude by 11 a.m.
What should I wear to Commencement? There isn't a specific dress code for the event. Casual attire is acceptable, but feel free to dress up if you'd like. Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking around campus and safely navigating the stairs of Ed Robson Arena.
